BITMO is looking at what happens when an empty home is prepared and let to a new tenant. We want to understand what works well and what could be improved. We would really like to know about your experience of viewing the property, signing up for your tenancy, the condition of your home when you moved in, and any repairs that were needed afterwards.
Your answers will help tenants on the BITMO’s Scrutiny Committee make recommendations about how BITMO can improve the service.
