One of the many great things about Belle Isle is the amount of green space and homes with gardens. BITMO arranges for grounds maintenance in communal gardens and tenants are responsible for maintaining their own gardens. This includes making sure there is no rubbish, keeping the grass cut short and cutting back hedges.
BITMO staff monitor the standard of gardens and will contact you if improvements are needed.
