All BITMO managed properties are owned by Leeds City Council, and the process for bidding and being allocated a property is the same as it is for Leeds. You can read the Leeds Lettings Policy here. To bid for a property you need to be a member of Leeds Homes.
- Register with Leeds Homes here
- Upload your proofs or take them to any Community Hub (such as St George’s or Hunslet Library) or the BITMO office
- Once you have registered and this has been confirmed you can start bidding.
- To express an interest in a property go to the Leeds Homes website – www.leedshomes.org.uk
Alternatively you can place bids by SMS text message to 07786 201241 or use our automated IVR service on 0118 315 1262.
If you are unable to place bids using the website, or by IVR or SMS text message, you can place bids over the phone by calling (0113) 222 4413.
