This section provides information of all planned works including new kitchens and bathrooms, heating, roofs and front doors.
BITMO plans to spend £1,483,300 on planned works between April 2025 and March 2026. This will include:
- 53 kitchen replacements
- 10 bathroom replacements
- 128 boiler replacements
- 14 Mansard roofs
- 30 homes having window replacements
- 73 outside door replacements (front, back or side)
- 44 complete rewires
BITMO will spend £200,000 on thermal efficiency works to make Belle Isle homes warmer and cheaper to keep warm.
