We provide services to council tenants in Belle Isle. We are tenant led, tenant managed and much more than just a landlord, we have a social purpose providing vital support to help our tenants to thrive in their community.

You will join us at an exciting time as we work to improve the quality of our services and evidence compliance with the housing regulators consumer standards.

You might have a background in customer service, providing services for vulnerable people, or in social housing. We are not prescriptive. We are looking for people with a can-do attitude, problem solving ability and willingness to go the extra mile to wow our customers.

Our office is located close to all our 1,900 properties and in the heart of the Belle Isle Community.

Tenancy Support Co-ordinator, SO1 £33,366 – £35,235 per annum, 37 hrs per week, 28 days annual leave + bank holidays

In order to provide a brilliant customer experience to our tenants  BITMO is developing new service offers to enable our most vulnerable customers to maintain their tenancies and live fulfilling, independent lives. Our tenancy support coordinator will oversee our retirement life service and quality assure our ASB, tenancy support and enforcement services, looking for ways to improve services and deliver for our customers. You will work hand in hand with tenancy support officers and retirement life wardens to achieve mutual targets and outcomes for our tenants. Free food and activities at half term

Free food and activities for families during the February half term.

Tuesday 18 – two sessions with animals (booking required) and hot meal* at 4pm.

Thursday 20 – afternoon family stitching with Elnaz and other play tables 1.30-3.30pm. Sandwich packs available from 1pm.

Friday 21 – breakfast* from 9.15 – 11.15am and and crafts 10am-12pm.

*Tuesday hot meal and Friday breakfast are available to anyone, not only families
