Belle Isle should be a great place to live. It has the advantages of a green garden estate, is close to open countryside and just a few miles to the centre of one of the UK’s most vibrant cities. We take a proactive approach to improving the Belle Isle estate. You will see our caretaking team out and about, working to ensure Belle Isle is clean, tidy, and safe.
We invest thousands of pounds in estate improvements, planting trees, clearing overgrown areas, and carrying out repairs.
You can help us by reporting any fly tipping or bonfires. Fly tipping and burning industrial waste are both offences under the Environmental Protection Act, and we will take action to investigate and prosecute when it happens. These are serious offences which can involve fixed penalty fines and even imprisonment. Vehicles used can be seized, crushed and owners prosecuted.
Communal green areas are maintained by our caretakers and Continental. You are responsible for keeping your garden well maintained and tidy, whilst we manage communal grassed areas, shrub beds and some hedges.
