Most tenants in the BITMO area will get a council tax rebate of £150 in April. This is to help cover rising fuel costs. If you pay by direct debit the money will be paid directly into your account by the end of April.
If you pay any other way you will need to complete an online form which will be available on the Council website from 4 April. You will need proof of ID and an email address. BITMOs GATE staff will be able to help you complete the form and scan your proofs from 4 April.
If you are exempt from paying council tax you can still complete the form and claim the £150.
