- Never leave e-bikes or scooters charging unattended – overcharging can lead to battery fires
- Use only the manufacturer’s charger – third party or damaged chargers can increase fire risks
- Avoid charging near flammable materials – keep devices away from furniture, curtains or other items that could easily catch fire.
4. Do not charge them in communal areas – hallways and lobbies should remain clear to ensure easy evacuation during an emergency
5. Inspect regularly – if you notice any damage to the battery or charger, do not use until it is fully inspected by a professional.
