Extreme weather repairs

Due to the extreme weather conditions we have seen over the last two weeks we have seen a significant increase in the number of repairs raised relating to works associated with the wind and rain we have experienced, such as roofing repairs, broken fences and external brickwork. While all emergency elements are being dealt with within normal timescales, some items of follow on works are likely to take longer than normal to complete. We are working with our service delivery partners to ensure this impact is worked though as efficiently as possible and thank you for your patience and understanding.
