BITMO Litter Pick

19 May 2021

BITMO staff will be heading out on Thursday 27 May across the estate for a spring clean. Working with Leeds City Council’s Cleaner Neighbourhoods team, staff will be picking up litter and dropping off leaflets about disposing of rubbish and unwanted items correctly. Staff will be available if you want to discuss any environmental issues. Our staff will also help get you up to date Covid guidance and assist you with booking vaccinations.

Improving our service for Retirement Life (sheltered) tenants

Our Retirement Life service supports older people to live independently in their home. We do this in Retirement Life (sometimes known as ‘sheltered’) schemes on the estate. Our Support Officers or Wardens are available to provide regular well-being checks, with choice given to residents on how we do this, to suit their needs. Leeds City Council and BITMO are asking anyone aged 45 or over, to help us improve the service that we offer to current and future residents. Visit Your Voice Leeds to read more and complete the survey
