Belle Isle TMOs aims are to; Provide high quality services Help build a safer and stronger community Be a well-run Tenant Management Organisation Overview of the job You will play a key role in strengthening our arrangements in relation to health and safety compliance. You will help us to create a Golden thread of accurate, transparent and accessible records regarding gas, electric, asbestos, fire, water and lifting equipment to establish correct, clear and auditable records. Specific Duties Interrogate data bases and paper records across all our IT systems to collate certificates, and records in all the compliance areas Carry out a gap analysis between the data we specify and the data we hold Check the accuracy of the data we hold and ensure it is correctly recorded on Keystone asset management system Input stock condition data onto Keystone Produce progress reports on the data held and gaps Document accuracy, checking and electronic filing Provide packs of data for quality checking by the Compliance Manager Liaise with compliance contractors, the repairs team, and LCC to ensure data is accurate Place orders for testing and certification through Keystone It should be noted that the above tasks are subject to occasional changes to incorporate other commensurate duties and responsibilities to organisational change/review and to assist flexibility.
