How are we performing

We measure performance using different indicators. These are called KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

These indicators guide us in how well we are delivering services and running the organisation.

Every month (usually around the 30th) we give you the highlights; the table below summarises our target, current and previous performamce against seven of these indicators.
