Finding Rented Accommodation in Belle Isle
Belle Isle T.M.O. (BITMO) acts on behalf of Leeds City Council to allocate tenancies in the Belle Isle area.
BITMO is responsible for letting houses, flats, bungalows and also garages in Belle Isle.
Except for garages, properties are let using Leeds City Council's Choice Based Letting system.
This involves advertising all vacancies and inviting bids from anyone who has joined the Leeds Housing Register for any property which they would like to be offered.
