If you need to report a repair or if you have any enquiries about repairs at your home, the best thing to do is call our dedicated Repairs Hotline free of charge on: 0800 389 5503        

OUT OF OFFICE HOURS: FOR EMERGENCIES ONLY YOU CAN CALL:   0113 376 0499

PLEASE NOTE: ON OUT OF HOURS REPAIRS A CHARGE WILL BE MADE IF THE REPAIR IS FOUND NOT TO BE AN EMERGENCY. 

TO REPORT CRIME OR ANTI SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR 

If it is an emergency always dial 999 where there is a danger to life, or a crime is in progress. This number is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. From a mobile phone, please dial 999 or 112.

Outside normal office hours please report incidents to West Yorkshire Police. To Contact the Police for Non-Emergencies telephone 0845 6060606 24 hours a day, 7 days a week where;
