Belle Isle TMO believes that everyone who lives, works or visits Belle Isle has the basic right to enjoy peace and quiet in their own home and within the community, feel safe and secure and not have to suffer or tolerate the anti-social activities of others.
Anti Social Behaviour (ASB) can include;
- Noise nuisance
- Rowdy and/or threatening behaviour
- Public disorder
- Persistent nuisance
- Under-age drinking
- Street drinking
- Littering and fly tipping
- Vanadalism
These are only examples - ASB can take many different forms.
Belle Isle TMO works with Leeds City Council Anti Social BehaviourĀ Team and West Yorkshire Police to put a stop to this kind of behaviour.

How can you help?
You can help by telling us about the problems you are facing. In many cases we will ask you to keep a diary of events.
What will we do?
We will support you. We will act on the information you bring to us and will;
- Investigate the situation and gather evidence
- Speak to those involved on a confidential basis
- Take action where it is needed
- Keep and eye on the situation and keep you informed.
Where anti social bevaiour is an issue we can take different types of action depending on the situation. This action might include;
- Give formal wranings to people about their bevahiour and its consequences;
- Refer those committing anti-social behaviour to diversionary activities or support;
- Setting up mediation sessions betwen those people involved; - Using acceptable behaviour contracts to deter the person or group from persisting with their activities;
- Securing injunctions against individuals to stop their behaviour;
- Use anti-social behaviour orders to prevent the person or group from persisting with their activities;
- In very serious and persistent cases seek possesion or closure of the property involve.
