Request a repair

To request a repair you can speak to Belle Isle T.M.O.'s dedicated Repairs Team either at our office on Aberfield Gate by using our Freephone telephone number: 0800 389 5503 or by calling 214 1833

The Repairs Team will be available during the following times:

9:00am to 5:00pm  

Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays

9:00am to 1:00pm  

Wednesdays

9:00am to 4:00pm  

Fridays

 

If the line is busy, you can leave a message for the Team and they will get back to you.

Emergencies out of normal office hours

For outside the above times, you should always ring 0113 376 0499 and the report will be passed to our Out of Hours Repairs Service.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS SERVICE IS FOR EMERGENCIES ONLY AND A CHARGE WILL BE MADE WHERE THE REPAIR IS FOUND NOT TO BE AN EMERGENCY.

Do you want to request a repair online?

You can also use the online reporting form for non emergencies. This can be completed and submitted from this website. This is called the Housecall Repair Reporting System.

With this system you can use our easy diagrams and text boxes to report a repair on-line   - remember this is only available for non emergency repairs.

Please note that you will need your Rent Account Number to complete your repair request.

How we prioritise your repair

Your repair will be classified as follows;

Emergency work - attendance within 3 hours to make safe and completion within 24 hours

Urgent work - completed within 3 days

General work - completed within 28 days

External work - completed within 60 days

What happens when you request your repair?

When you request your repair an appointment will be made for when the repair will be done.

The appointment times available are Monday to Friday;

Mornings - 8.30am to 12 noon

Afternoons - 12 noon to 5.00pm

Please note that some appointments between 5pm and 7pm (Tuesday and Thursday) are available for general plumbing, electrical and joinery work.

You will be sent written confirmation of the appointment details by post, but you should make sure that you have a note of this before you leave the office or end the call.
